Asake EF/ Asake Inc. Joins UNESCO in Celebrating International Literacy Day

UNESCO has always celebrated this day, 8th September, annually since 1967 as the International Literacy Day to remind the public of the importance of literacy as a matter of dignity and human rights, and to advance the literacy agenda towards a more literate and sustainable society.

According to UNESCO research, literacy challenges persist with at least 763 million young people and adults lacking basic literacy skills in 2020.
You and I want to see them read and write. We want to make this environment understandable and communicative to live in. Knowledge is not wholesome without education, that is, the learning process through reading and writing.

There are a lot of them out there, who cannot afford basic education, even those that are already in the system (Basic Education). However, it has not been comfortable and learn-friendly, because they do not have all they need for effective study and assimilation. That’s why Asake EF/Asake Inc was Founded to induce the love they deserve. We will never stop contributing in our own little way and appreciating contributions, aids, and sponsorships in order to lift and help them see the world differently and to live in it with this special purpose and hope.

Help them now, they are young! Reduce Social vices! and give them EDUCATION because that’s what matters.
