1. Awareness and Ticket Distribution: Awareness campaigns were conducted to identify families in need, and tickets were distributed to ensure an organized distribution process.
2. Data Collection and Processing: Information gathered from recipients was systematically entered into our database for accurate tracking and accountability.3. Procurement and Packaging: Essential food items were carefully procured and packaged to meet the needs of the families.
4. Distribution: Food packages were distributed to the 500 families who had received tickets, ensuring a seamless and fair process.The initiative successfully reached its target, providing much-needed relief to families and bringing joy to their homes during the festive season. The smiles and gratitude from the beneficiaries underscored the importance of such interventions in combating hunger and fostering hope within underserved communities.
